About the client
Our client is a leading luxury fashion accessories manufacturer with rich experience in production. They are a business partner with multiple luxury brands, and they supply products with exquisite quality by OEM approach. They are now looking for a Production Material Control Manager to monitor their central production sites.
About the role
- Drive improvement process in the organization for the production process, including procurement, production planning & control and logistics support;
- Review the performance and data, to forecast the production needs and production capacity, to manage and maximise the capacity of production;
- Develop certain strategies to improve the productivity, quality and efficiency during the production;
- Conduct periodic review on planning data to ensure consistency in their production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder, major in business or science, candidates with Master degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in managing outsourced supplier and subcontractors, with at least 5 years in managerial level;
- Experience gained from multi-national and volume manufacturing companies are preferred;
- Experience in project management, PMC, cost accounting;
- Skills like communication, effective presentation, able to cope with multicultural environment;
- Stationing in Zhongshan is required.
