About Our Client
Our client is an asset management company. They are now seeking for a detail-minded and reliable individual to join them as the Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant.
About The Role:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, ensuring availability, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Order and maintain office supplies, including stationery, name cards, and other essential items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and maintaining proper records.
- Support administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
The Successful Applicant:
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 year's working experience in customer service field preferred
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming approach.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
