About the Client

Our client is a sizable MNC within the retail and sourcing industry with global presence headquartering in Europe. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager.

About the role

  • Design and implement strategies and policies for local compensation and benefits
  • Keep up to latest market trends of compensation and benefits to ensure the current practice in the company is competitive
  • Act as a consultant to advice, design and implement plans to address issues relating to regional employment ordinances
  • Manage job evaluation for the region and advise job level and grading
  • Lead regional market benchmarking activities, obtaining all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals
  • Coaching and train HR Partners to provide C&B guidance and support to the business
  • Handle any query from regional HR team on SAP related issues, and provide support to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the region

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant regional experience gained in MNCs
  • SAP experience is a MUST
  • Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
