Job Description
Our client is looking for a Event Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning and operation of events by working with other departments
- Propose ideas on new retail event formats based on the market needs
- Manage the realization of events by searching locations, setting timeline and budgets;
- Be the in charge to manage the operation including catering, security, casting, fittings, logistics, mailing lists etc.
- Explore new vendors and suppliers for the implementation of events
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 8 years of event management experience, with extensive knowledge in event management
- Experience with operational teams and/ or experience in handling sizable groups and events would be an advantage;
- Excellent written (English and Chinese) and verbal (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) communication skills.
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Regional Events Manager
