About our Client
Our client is a global sourcing company with strong business presence across Asia Pacific, they are currently hiring a seasoned Regional HRBP Manager to support Corporate divisions across the region.
About the Role
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with regional leaders to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive organizational success. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, offering insights and solutions to enhance performance and engagement.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Provide guidance and coaching to managers in handling employee issues, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Talent Management: Partner with regional leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and development opportunities. Design and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives within the region, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and the successful implementation of organizational changes. Provide guidance and support in managing change resistance and building change readiness.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices. Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 10+ years of experience on HRBP experience, ideally from muiltinational company and with regional/ global exposure
- Welcome for all-kind of industries background
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
