Our client is a sizable and well-established corporation within Trading and Distribution sector headquartering in Europe. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Regional Human Resources Manager.
About the role
- Work in partnership with HR and the business as a trusted adviser to support the development and delivery of talent development strategies and workforce plans
- Align HR initiatives with business line priorities and provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and organizational design
- Use workforce data and apply analytical skills to formulate people insights and recommendations
- Support talent acquisition of mid-senior roles to meet the on-going needs of the organization
- Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related issues
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gain from well-developed and sizable corporation
- Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
