About our Client

With an annual revenue of US$80 million, our client is a global leading F&B corporation employing more than 7000 staffs. The group is well-known for its innovative capability and successful introduction of a variety of food & beverage products. Due to it's aggressive business expansion plan, the team is looking for a high calibre Regulatory Manager to join the R&D department in Hong Kong.

About the Role

Reporting to Head of R&D & QA, this is a newly created role and you will manage a team of 2 to ensure regulatory compliance of company's products, ingredients, labelling, packaging and product claims which is crucial in maintaining the Company's reputation with consumers and regulatory agencies. As a functional leader, you will maintain regular contact with local and overseas related regulatory authority and to influence regulations and policies that benefit the company's innovation and growth strategies. In addition, you will also assist Group Regulatory & Development and Quality head in addressing any issues concerning regulation.

Requirement

  • Science Degree holder preferably majored in food science, food technology, nutrition or related subject with a minimum 5 years working experience on food/beverage rules and regulations monitoring experience, 2 years of which in managing a team
  • Solid experience in regulatory affairs is preferred
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skill in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Possess a good innovation / creativity mind and attitude to learn
