Job Description
Our client is specialising in providing wealth management services to retail and corporate clients. With existing branch network and diversified product solution, the company has established strong client base. They are now looking for Relationship Officer to join their fast expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build good relationships with customers, providing quality customer service in response to customer's needs
- Identify the needs of potential customers and offer financial service and products, including insurance or investment planning
- Provide comprehensive wealth management solution to high net worth individuals
- Perform regular customer contact and portfolio review
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent with 1+ year of sales experience in banking or insurance industry is preferred
- Qualification in IIQE & HKSI is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, eager to learn and with strong initiative
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
