About the client:
Our client is a renowned retail conglomerate with a global presence, and its business in the food and beverage sector is growing rapidly in Hong Kong. To accommodate their operational needs, they are looking for a Research and Development Officer to support the product development function.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new product development and existing product improvement;
- Understand the market trend and acceptability, and develop new and innovative product concept;
- Conduct trial on new product and handle new product implementation;
- Consolidate the data and related documents of R&D stage.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Food and Nutritional Science or related disciplines;
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in F&B industry, experience in procurement process for chain store is preferred;
- Good team player, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
