Our client is one of the top luxury beauty brands and currently looking for a Retail Manager to manage and lead its retail operations team in Hong Kong and Macau.
About the Role :
- Lead, develop and support the operations of retail stores in HK & Macau
- Prepare performance reports for business analysis
- Review & ravemp operational processes
- Coach & guid the team to enhance efficiency
- Transform business goals into individual goals and monitor staff performance
The Successful Candidate :
- Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of related retail luxury experience of which 4 years at supervisory level
- Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
