About the Role
- Provide the highest quality service, build up and maintain long-term relationship with prestigious customers
- Handle customers' complaints and provide recommendation in a professional manner
- Provide customers with professional product knowledge and styling advice
- Work as a team to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets
About the Candidate
Suitable candidates will have:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury fashion or watches and jewellery retail industry
- Candidates with hospitality background are also welcomed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Sales driven, good team-player and passionate towards luxury industry
