- Lead the sales & sales engineering team to develop new business channels and sales strategies for Commercial & Residential markets
- Drive and formulate the Field marketing campaign and other related programs execution
- Build & maintain good customer relationships through customer conversations to understand organizational strategic objectives and goals
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years related experience in direct selling, including commercial & household
- Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
- Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
