Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor incident status to ensure incidents are followed up as well as resolved according to defined service level
- Review incident and provide solutions to end users. Escalate the incident to domain expert if the incident cannot be solved
- Coordinate with internal / external consultant / developer to keep track and update the change request progress
- Monitor vendor performance, mandays consumption and lead service vendor evaluation exercise in year contract renewal
- Comply with IT governance to make sure process flow, procedures as well as practice with the policy
Requirements:
- University graduate in Information System, Information Technology or related discipline.
- 5 years experience in IT industry. Experience in regional application support industry is preferable.
- Knowledge in Workday, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Jira is high advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
