About the company
Our client is an international insurance company in Hong Kong with strong presence in the insurance market. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for candidates with life and medical claims experience for their team.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims applications on life and medical products. You need to follow up the documentation, claims payment and claim investigation with medical consultants and customers. In addition, you have to handle related customer enquiries, complaints as well as supporting claims inquiries from frontline staff.
About the person
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- University graduate.
- At least 1-2 years relevant claims experience in life / medical insurance products.
- Good analytical mind, problem solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
