About The Role
- Responsible for negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, and confirming delivery with suppliers, as well as resolving purchasing issues through communication with suppliers
- Provide administrative support for purchasing documents and records
- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, report printing, etc.
- Assist with photo-taking and retail activities
- Undertake miscellaneous assignments as directed by the supervisor
The Successful Applicant
- F.5 graduate or above
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and Chinese Word Typing (倉頡/速成)
- Skilled in Photoshop
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
