Job Description
About the Role:
- Lead and drive business process transformation initiatives within the internal departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize transformation initiatives, setting clear targets, goals, and expectations
- Develop and implement comprehensive transformation plans, including process redesign, change management strategies, communication activities
- Drive change adoption, integration, and collaboration across key project participants
- Performance metrics/KPIs to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of processes
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practices for business process transformation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering & Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus
- Proven experience in leading business process transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced environment
