With a portfolio of acclaimed subsidiaries in different sectors and a vision to transform their business, they are now seeking for a Senior Consumer Insight Manager to support their fast expansion.
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director and leading a small team, you will define learning agendas and execute key research projects based on strategic initiatives across the company. As a team lead, you will design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, interpret research findings and come up with actionable insights. Moreover, you will provide expertise and support to project teams on statistical and methodological issues related to satisfaction and perception measurement. Lastly, you will also uncover business challenges, implement research studies, interpret marketing and consumer behaviour results and drive the learning to in-market action.
- Bachelor degree with minimum 8+ years of experience with demonstrated success as both an analyst and manager of behavioural, market, or customer experience research
- Customer oriented with good market intuition; ability to articulate and define customer requirements and success criteria that leads to fresh, delightful, and usable applications
- Experience working with stakeholders/clients and developing specific research plans based on loose goals or agendas
- Exceptional focus on details related to methodology and analysis; knowing that there is a "right" way to do things, coupled with passion for conducting scrappy research when appropriate
- Proven track record of being self-directed, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, particularly in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Good command in Chinese and English
