About Our Client
Our client is a Banking Group with strong presence in Hong Kong, Macau and China. To cope with rapid expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Insurance Sales Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
As a member of Sales Management, you will focus on planning and formulating sales strategies to achieve business objectives, as well as exploring new market potential to enhance the growth of the insurance business. You will support District Managers to formulate sales plans including appropriate sales initiatives to achieve district goals and various sales campaigns. You will set performance targets and monitor the progress regularly with the team and management. As a leader, you will identify training needs and provide guidance and mentor support/coaching to ensure the productivity and capability of sales team are well managed. As banking professional, you will promote and ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirement are maintained throughout the entire sales process.
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in bancassurance
- Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies' requirements
- CFA, CFP or FLMI qualification is a plus
- Strong leadership skill with sales management experience is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
