About our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong based multinational manufacturer and is one of the world's major suppliers of primary and reusable consumer goods. To sync with the market movement, they are seeking an experienced IT professional to join their dedicated IT team.
About the Role
Reporting to the IT Director, you will be working closely with the top management in developing and planning various IT strategies, drive digitalization, automation and transformation to cope with the company's development and operational needs. You will be responsible for the full implementation of IT solutions and lead the IT team in managing all rounded infrastructure and provide innovative & consumer-focused IT solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity. You are also required to develop and manage IT policies and procedures, and oversee daily IT operations.
Requirements
- Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' experience in an all rounded IT position, preferably in manufacturing industry, with 5 years in managerial level
- Solid experience and knowledge in ERP, automation and IT Security
- Experience in setting up business operation in the PRC and good knowledge of the domestic market
- Experience in building and implementing IT systems in an enterprise / a group of companies
- Solid experience in managing and developing IT strategies and roadmap planning
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate and lead team to deliver positive results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good business mindset
- Able to build strong relationship and interact with various levels of users, and translate technical to function specifications, vice versa
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Business travel to PRC is required
