About our client
Our client is a reputable conglomerate that has multiple portfolios in different industries and to cope with their group expansion, they are now seeking for a Senior IT Transformation Manager.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will embark on a digital transformation journey to take advantage of the opportunities of new technologies with successful transformation initiatives centered on supply chain and logistics business operating models. In this role you redefine business operations by driving transformation across supply chain management in a wide spectrum of industry sectors. You are responsible for functional and technology guidance over the whole project, and act as a driving force to group IT. Lastly, you will coordinate in the support of existing warehouse management and transportation management and in the execution of new supply system projects, ensuring that detailed project plans are created, covering the entire systems development life cycle.
The Successful Applicants
- Degree in Computer Science, Information System related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in transformation for cross-industry
- Have experience in Supply Chain and Logistics system transformation and optimization of processes in general
- Consultancy experience will be a major plus
- Exposure to digital technologies supporting the above
- Experience in managing/working with internal and external (senior) stakeholders
- Possess strong general consulting skills and can overcome internal barriers through drive and determination
- Good command in Chinese and English
