About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Director of Greater China, you will develop sales strategies and build a portfolio of clients. You will identify and initiate contact with potential new customers for the growth of client base. You will manage existing accounts in China and Hong Kong and develop upgrade and renewal business. You will also ensure a high level of activities in order to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Last but not least, you will work closely with internal CS team to ensure effective on-boarding, services, up-selling and retention of clients.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 8 years of B2B Business Development and Account Servicing experience
- Proven successful sales track record
- Experience as professional recruiter or recruitment within financial industry is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen, motivated and result-oriented
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
