Job Description
Reponsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in develping CRM strategy and defining CRM objectives to identify potential opportunities and expand customers' database
- Data analysis in customer segmentation to monitor the spending trending and insight sharings
- Coordinate with Customer Team, Trading Team and E-commerce Team to implement CRM strategies
- Preparing monthly consumer reports to monitor the performance and to optimize the campaigns for best ROI
- Develop and support business strategy in retention and reactivations of customers
- Use different tools including Adobe, Tableau and CDP while developing business strategy
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of experience in CRM/online marketing/digital marketing
- Welcome candidates from agency background
- Welcome candidates from retail/FMCG industry
- Self-motivated, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and finish the tasks before deadline
