About the company
Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for candidate for a Senior Product Manager, Insurance Product position for thier Product team.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Insurance Product, you are responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating business strategies of Insurance Products (Life and GI) to maximize insurance profit and growth. You are required to manage product due diligence and product on shelf review assessment. You will conduct sales analysis and develop marketing programs to drive business initiatives. By working closely with both bank sales team and insurance partners, you have to suggest effective channels management in achieving product sales targets. In addition, you will design new sales procedures and handle regulatory tasks with internal & external auditors to ensure the smooth operations of insurance business in the bank.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 6-7 years of insurance product experience in bancassurance in banks or insurance companies.
- Good product knowledge in managing both life and GI insurance products development and product due diligence in banks with solid marketing background.
- Sound communications skills in managing various stakeholders and insurance partners.
- Independent, multi-tasking and excellent presentation skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
