About the company
Our client is a fast-growing virtual banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join them as a Senior Product Manager for their Loans Product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Loans Product Head, you will be responsible for formulating end-to-end product and marketing strategies of Personal Loans products to achieve business target. You are required to develop new product plans for various customer segments and generate business ideas in enhancing customer digital acquisition, digital sales and customer experience. In addition, you have to lead new product design, system enhancement, digital projects, product compliance updates and initiating other fintech projects to maximize business revenue.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in unsecured lending product development in retail banks, with solid knowledge in fintech development is essential.
- Sound managing loans product portfolio, features development, system enhancement, digital projects and product due diligence.
- Innovative, multi-tasking and good project management skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
