About the Client
Our client is a successful and well established HK founded eCommerce organization with operations across the Asia Pacific region. In order to cope with their expanding business, they are now seeking for a Senior Sales Manager to direct and manage the existing sales team.
About the Role
- Work closely with COO to formulate business sales strategies
- Prepare and manage sales forecast to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Implement sales strategies and monitor the activities of the sales team
- Actively provide sales training and on the job coaching to 20+ sales staffs
- Prepare sales analysis and report sales, margins, and profit or other KPI on a regular basis
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing Key Clients to increase customer loyalty as well as explore new sales opportunities
- Regularly conduct Business Development
- Promote and update sales team on new business initiatives and offerings
- Conduct market research to stay update in market intelligence
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or any related disciplines
- Minimum of 7 years of Sales Management experience with proven track record with any sizeable organization
- Sales candidates with previous experience working in domestic Corporate / B2B sales is a must
- Good numerical sense, confident and result-driven character
- Solid track record in sales management and People management
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
