Our client is a well-established multi-national company within the FMCG sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
About the role
- Identifying the organisation's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Review and revamp existing talent acquisition related policies and tools
- Managing a highly skilled team to assist with talent development and acquisition
- Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce
- Understanding the current recruitment trends and your organisation's markets to identify the impact upon the business
- Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of success in recruiting top talent in a competitive market
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
