Job Description
Our client is looking for a high calibre to responsible for the design and implementation of training programs across the Asia Region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop key relationships within the organization in order to assess ongoing training needs
- Develop new training programs and evaluate the effectives for future
- Conduct classroom training to ensure the retail team receive the appropriate training
- Customize training programs for different regions
- Provide training to the wholesale channels to ensure the customer experience is on standard
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate brand, product and sales training
Requirements:
- University degree with at least 6 years' training and development experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Travelling is required
- Knowledge of using Microsoft applications
