About our Client:
Our client is a listed multinational electronics manufacturer with significant presence in Asia. To cope with the company's development and operational needs, they are looking for an experienced SIS Manager to support their Hong Kong office.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will lead the IT team in developing and planning various IT strategies, driving digitalization, automation, transformation at workplace; manage all rounded in-house IT infrastructure, cyber security, network and data centers management. Aiming to enhance efficiency and productivity, you will be responsible for full implementation of innovative and customer-focused IT solutions consisting of analysis, design, configuration, test, deployment and training. You will manage projects through collecting user demands and convert to IT requirement, managing team resources and performance in a timely manner, planning and monitoring project status to ensure smooth completion with quality deliverable. You will also develop and manage IT policies and procedures, as well as oversee day-today IT operations.
Requirements:
Degree educated in Information Technology or other related disciplines, you will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in all rounded IT management, with 5 years at managerial level. You will have solid experience in building and implementing information technology systems in a group of companies, setting up business operation in PRC and familiar with the domestic market. It is essential to have relevant technical field and substantial experience of managing and developing IT Strategy in both application and infrastructure areas. You will have strong knowledge in ERP, automation, information technology security, BI and IT infrastructure. You will have the ability to interact with various levels of users in requirement clarification, application systems evaluation and recommendation according to business and operation needs. You will be someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent, proactive, adoptive to latest technologies, able to prioritize and multi-tasking and be a team-player to motivate others. Experience in manufacturing industry is highly advantageous. Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential. Occasion travelling to PRC is required.
