The Strategy & Planning Manager will work with leadership to set HQ's strategy, align teams around the strategy, and collaborate with business partners to deliver on it. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with various business units in both Hong Kong and China to run deep analyses, apply structured thinking to critical business questions, generate insights, and develop strategic initiatives to improve the Company's operations. The role will support reviewing business.
- Strategy consulting, in-house strategy, operations, analytical, and/or any business related experience
- Project management and implementation experience, and experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- An ability to synthesize information quickly, to distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires
- An ability to build deep relationships across a broad organization, to foster a warm and collaborative work environment, and to understand problems from diverse perspectives.
