About Our Client
Our client is a leading famous gourmet delicacy retailer and available at over 30 retail locations worldwide. Due to business needs, they are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager in their Hong Kong office, who will be responsible for global logistics supply chain & procurement operation management, leading a team of 4, and reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement.
Job Duties
- Handle team management across logistics supply chain and procurement issue
- Manage all local delivery and overseas logistics I/E arrangement, delivery schedule and any special requirement with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth logistics operation
- Communicate with 3PL , review KPI and provide improvement suggestion to ensure the KPI and requirements are met
- Drive supply chain cost reduction, process improvement, and manages Supply Chain budgets and forecast
- Handle inventory management base on inventory level, aging and turnover, update inventory reports and analysis to enhance working capital and sales of the business
- Supervise in procurement arrangement, purchase order, and sales forecast with different business units
- Support then team on cost negotiations, vender sourcing, supplier management on procurement and quality assurance issues
- Develop and execute strategic planning and procedure policy, and implement the end-to-end SOP on supply chain process
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Business/ Supply Chain or related disciplines
- At least 6 years of supply chain management experience
- Knowledge in food import and export logistics, and global shipment is preferable
- Experience in MS Office, Excel or any supply chain software solutions is preferable
- Fluent communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
