Our client is prestige F&B operator serving the finest gourmet ingredients and dining experiences to global customers. The brand is well known for its exclusive tea blends, cakes, pastries and condiments. Due to its global business expansion plan, the team is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to joins its global headquarter in Hong Kong.
About your role:
- Report to General Manager and lead a team of 8 across HK and China offices.
- Oversee the whole supply operations from planning to fulfilment, for highly time-sensitive festive products (Mooncakes, Chinese Pudding, etc). Create a data-driven production & sales operations
- Build master production plan balancing supply & demand under production constraints. Aligned directions for materials commitment plan
- Own order-to-cash process, systemize forecast & sales order process
- Manage distribution in HK & China and overseas market
- Partnere with suppliers and Customs Agency to ensure 100% compliance in China import.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of related experience in supply chain & procurement. At least 6 years of experience in function in-charge role and experience in building and managing team.
- Experience in food export to China, Japan and other markets is a must.
- Strong knowledge in export and food labelling laws & regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or other related discipline.
- Execellent analytical, communicaitons and organization skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
