About Our Client
Our client is a global nutrition retailer and operates in more than 90 countries around the world. Due to business expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager in Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Manage and monitor the 3PL operation to meet the performance standard
- Monitor and review import/export processes and regulations
- Negotiate with difference supply chain service providers for proper bidding and agreements
- Manage warehouse daily operations process and maintain compliance to meet regulatory requirements and ethical standards
- Maintain healthy inventory control level and provide inventory forecasting and replenishment plans with Sales & Marketing team
- Drive standardization and improvement of logistics workflow
- Select and monitor logistics providers service level on demand
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration / Business Science/ Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in supply chain/ logistics operations/ distribution operations
- Experience in leading a team is preferred
- Experience in order management/ process improvement is preferred
- Experience in Oracle, ERP or any supply chain software solutions is preferred
- Fluent communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate available is preferred
