Job Description

About the role

  • Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
  • Develop and evolve a comprehensive set of measures and metrics for productivity, quality, timing and value
  • Provide the company with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends
  • Lead the design and implementation of recruiting communication processes Focus on securing high quality candidates within agreed time-to-fill targets and ensure screening is in line with company and all regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a professional, brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment cycle touch-points
  • Coordinate recruitment activity for all applicable overseas hires
  • Assist in development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes related to sourcing and recruiting

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8-10 years recruitment / talent acquisition experience gained in sizeable retail organizations, candidate with luxury retail experience is an advantage
  • Solid experience in developing a relevant talent pipeline
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
