About the Company
Our client is a listed and well-established banking group in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion plan, they are looking for high calibers to join their Business Analytics professional to join as Team Head in this fast expanding team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will lead a team of 3 - 6 business analysts and focus on performing business analysis on customer segmentation and business performance of retail banking products. You will draw insights from data mining, comparative analysis and customising analytical application on product trend and customer segmentation for product planning purpose. You will also lead market research and develop big data framework for strategic planning. Lastly, you will manage all aspects of various analytics projects, from planning, executing, quality data control to recommendations on analytical modelling and business forecast.
Requirements
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder, preferably in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business and Data analytics of retail banking products.
- Strong business sense, good leadership and sound analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience in statistical tools (SAS, SQL, VBA, R) is a must.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
