About the Company
Our client is a well-known U.S based F&B chain with reputation across the world. They are now looking for an experienced and energetic Team Support to cover a 5.5 months maternity leave.
About the Role
Working closely with the design team, you are responsible to provide secretarial and administrative support, handling all travel and accommodation arrangements and calendar managements. Also to assist the team on general administrative tasks, including data input, collating/formatting PowerPoint presentation and word document, printing & binding documents.
About the Person
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficient in all aspects of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- organised, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
- 5.5 months maternity cover (mid May to End of Oct)
