Our client, a veterinary clinic is hiring a team of Customer Service Representatives to support their round-the-clock operations. They are urgently looking for high calibre candidates to join their dynamic team to provide continuous service excellence to their customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Report to Operation Manager
- Handle customer enquiries & complaints and help to resolve problems
- Maintain effective communication with customers and maintain accurate bookings with doctors and team
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure service standard is met
- Make outbound calls to customers for timely confirmation of operations and discharge after inspection / operations
- Input necessary remarks to system to ensure data integrity is met
Job Requirements
- Diploma or ablove in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service hotline in hospitality sector and / or service hotline being highly preferred
- Experience in working with a team in shifts to achieve company set service standard goals
- Ability to handle serious verbal and written complaint cases
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential
- Positive, self-motivated and flexible are desired qualities
- Proficient in MS office applications is necessary for report generation
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory
