Our client is a large scale enterprise with over 2000+ staffs in Hong Kong. They are looking for Transformation Consultant (Assistant Manager) to join their IT transformation team.
Job Description
- Participate in driving cross functional digital projects across multiple departments, to achieve the business goals
- Own the business development lifecycle from user engagement, opportunity shaping to solution development
- Collaborate with Transformation Team Head and stakeholders to understand requirements and investigate the pain points
- Support the team by providing insight on business processes, validating process design, strategic planning and training proposal
- Be the key interface between team and business users to introduce solutions and identify their needs by conducting workshops
- Work closely with vendors on technical requirement alignment and support
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in handling transformation or change management across multiple business units in sizeable enterprises
- Demonstrated experience in designing and activating a comprehensive communication strategy and approach
- Solid in designing and conducting training or workshop
- In depth knowledge of portfolio, programme and project management methodologies
- Familiar with system integration or migration is an adsolute advantage
- Excellent in presentable with strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior to executive users
- Good command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
