About the Client
Our client is a well-established commercial Bank with a strong footprint in Hong Kong. Due to upcoming business needs, they are now seeking for passionate individual to join them as the Vice President - Total Rewards.
About the Role
- Formulate and review HR policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review the Bank's compensation and benefits provision as well as incentive schemes to ensure its competitiveness for talent acquisition and retention
- Coordinate the annual compensation review exercise
- Prepare presentation deck and management reports for Board-level Committee Meetings / Senior Management
- Provide reward consultancy services to various key stakeholders including Top Management, line managers and HR counterparts, etc
- Review the remuneration system and its operations to ensure full compliance with governing body
- Compile and review HR analytics, market survey and compensation data analysis to ensure market competitiveness of remuneration package
The Successful Applicant
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years' experience in Human Resources of which 8 years in C&B function, preferably in Financial Services sector is preferred
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and regulations; knowledge in PRC employment law or with PRC exposure will be an advantage
- Self-driven, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, writing and analytical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President
