About Our Client
Our client is an international manufacturing company, they are now looking to hire an Admin Assistant/ Receptionist role to support office administrative issues.
About The Role:
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing courier packages.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages to the intended recipients.
- Maintain records of courier activities, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations.
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Support document management processes and workflows.
The Successful Applicant:
- 3 years or above experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the financial or asset management industry.
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
