Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded clerical & administrative support to the department
- Handle data entry, filing, and general office management
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to emails and other forms of communications
- Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for business related issues
- Assist in special projects as needed, provide onsite service to customers, including but not limited to registration procedure and souvenirs redemption
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent customer service skills including resolve issues in a professional manner and handle complaints
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer
- Immediate availability is preferable
