Our client is a reputable luxury retail group and they are looking for Application Support Lead to join their IT team.
Job Description
- Responsible for Oracle application and system administration, implementation, and support
- Participate in IT project implementation include gap analysis, road mapping and requirement review to ensure business goals are achieved
- Manage a global supporting team and provide instructions for resolving and prioritizing application support issues
- Work closely with stakeholders, development team and external vendors to ensure the deliverables' quality
- Escalate and manage enhancement and evolution requests, manage ticketing system and deploy new solutions for the region
- Conduct regular review on system operation, prepare user training and documentation
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Computing or other related disciplines
- 5-7 years of working experience in Oracle EBS system supporting, preferably from Retail, Supply Chain and FMCG industries
- Proficient in Oracle EBS is a must
- Familiar with sales & distribution, e-commerce, finance, warehousing and logistic functions
- Skills in Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL, Linux and VBA
- High ability to work with users in all-level
- Solid team leadership experience with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese are required
