About The Client
Our client is a global leading retail brand and they are looking for Assistant Application Manager to oversee regional projects.
Job Description
- Act as point of contact across global teams and lead the communication between users and vendors
- Responsible for Salesforce CRM system implementation, ticketing system management and office automation projects
- Lead full cycle project management include gap analysis, user requirement analysis and alignment
- Understand and execute the group IT strategies to ensure all systems and applications are aligned with policy and security standard
- Monitor and manage vendors (i.e. Application Support team) to ensure the deliverables' quality
- Conduct documentation and hands-on in user support if need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience related to business analysis and Salesforce CRM Implementation, preferably from retail or FMCG industry
- Experience in managing MuleSoft platform and SQL server are essential
- Knowledge in SQL, ETL and PowerBI will be an advantage
- PMP certificate will also be an advantage
- Ability to work with all business levels, good interpersonal skills
- MUST strong in both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluent in mandarin speaking
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Senior Business Analyst
