Our client is a large-scale marketing, investment, and distribution group, they are now seeking for an Assistant HR Manager to join their HR team focus on business partnering and employee engagement initiatives.
About The Role:
- Collaborate with business leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between management and employees, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending innovative approaches to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on business partnering or employee engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and influence decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and action
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English and Cantonese
