About our Client
Our client is a multinational retail company, headquarter in the Europe. They are currently looking for a proactive Assistant HR Manager to join the team and focuses on recruitment and HR business partnering in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.
About the Role
- Report to HR Manager
- Be responsible for the full-spectrum of HR business partnering services, including recruitment and selection, performance management, staff relations and HR operations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing, screening, offering, on boarding and off boarding
- Proactively reaching out to potential talents in the market to sustain a healthy talent pool for the company (both frontline and corporate function staff)
- Conduct shop visit to further understand business needs and build solid relationship with retail staff
- Assist in manpower planning and budgeting
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 6+ years of experience on HRBP, talent acquisition or HR Generalist, ideally from retail industry
- Motivated and outgoing
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior HR Officer
