Our client is one of the world's fast growing and sizable multinational insurance company and is now looking for claim expertise to support their business
Responsibilities
- Handle claim assessment and policy transactions involved in claim process
- Follow up claim cases and administrative processes effectively and efficiently, assist in claim payment requisition and correspondence issuing
- Participate in development, maintenance and enhancement of claim administration system
- Support senior in general administrative work and assigned ad-hoc task
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in life claims and/or underwriting
- University graduate in any disciplines
- Professional qualification in life insurance such as FLMI is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
