About the Client
Our client is a well-established corporation within FMCG sector with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate talent to join them as the Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner.
About the role
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related matters
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Manage HR-related projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years all-rounded HR experience gained in well-developed corporations
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
