They thrive to provide innovative pharmaceutical pipeline to help patients with different needs. To cope with their business expansion plans, they are currently looking for an Assistant Regulatory Affairs Manager to join them.


About the Role

  • Responsible for all regulatory affairs activities including local submissions, licensing, registrations, tender or with respective authorities in compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain, renewal and review of product licenses in compliance with global standard and Hong Kong and Macau regulations
  • Review product assessment and provide recommendations
  • Prepare all materials, reports and follow-up issues regarding recall activity
  • Ensure regulatory information is up-to-date with registration
  • Coordinate with global regulatory affairs team and cross functional divisions to ensure regulatory affairs project timelines are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of regulatory affairs experience, ideally with consumer healthcare product experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, hard-working and self-motivated
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
