About our Client
Our client is a luxury fashion brand with strong presence around the globe. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for an Assistant Training Manager to join the team.
About the Candidate
Reporting to the Training Manager, you will identify training needs, develop training plans and deliver training and field coaching to retail colleagues in Hong Kong and South China. You will prepare training curriculum and plan training calendar. You will improve retail and service excellence in the stores by identifying area of improvements. You will evaluate training results and prepare qualitative reports. You will assist in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of training experience in Fashion Retail industry
- Field training experience in China retail is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen and customer oriented
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
