Our client is a reputable conglomerate in Hong Kong and they are seeking for Business Analyst (HRIS/HCM) to join their team.
Job Description
- Assistant Team Lead on HCM system transformation and integration projects
- Gather and analyse user requirement, transform it into technical design
- Determine project milestone, monitor project progress, and conduct performance analysis
- Work closely with internal IT, HR, Finance team and vendors on requirement alignment
- Ensure data accuracy, perform UAT and conduct reporting
- Handle change requests and engage in end user training when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis and handling system transformation
- Proficient in Oracle Cloud, Workdays or SuccessFactors
- Familiar with recruitment, payroll and C&B functions
- Proven track record in user requirement alignment
- Proficient in SQL, MS PowerBI, Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will also be considered as Assistant Manger
