Our client is a leading consumer brand with a niche position in the market. They are looking for a Team Head to lead the research and business analytics functions for the business.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving business growth by digging the market gap from the internal and external data. You will be accountable for finding market intelligence and competitor audit from the development of quantitative and qualitative research, review and stay abreast of the market trend and consumer expectations. Your prime responsibilities also include leading the business development project from end to end such as CRM, e-Com, have a strong analytical skill to address the business issues and lead a systematic approach to relieve or turn them into business opportunities.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business, and other related disciplines
- 10+ years business performance analysis / research experience from MNC
- Strong in data analysis, business case study and new idea generation
- Track record in leading business development projects from end to end
- Passion in consumer goods/retail/FMCG
- Numerical, presentable, sound business acumen, with good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
